Ben Bebenroth, Founder & CEO
Spice Hospitality Group was built from a single catering operation into one of Northeast Ohio's most respected hospitality enterprises. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, founder Ben Bebenroth trained at Johnson & Wales University and founded Spice Catering + Events in 2004, guided from the outset by a conviction that exceptional hospitality begins with where food comes from.
Today, that vision continues through Spice Hospitality Group, which supports a growing portfolio of hospitality concepts through shared leadership, operations, and culinary philosophy. Across every business in the portfolio, Bebenroth's approach remains consistent: land, craft, and table in deliberate relationship with one another.
